Greek Legend has it that when Perseus severed medusas head from her body, drops of blood fell to the ground giving birth to writhing poisonous snakes while those that fell into the sea gave life to the beautiful corals of the seas of Sardinia.
Larger than most, these torpedo shaped coral batons have been beautifully carved with bands of alternating leaves, and finished with pine cone tips. The drops are set into rich gold caps with lockable gold hooks.
